This is what happened on Tuesday , when Manchester United almost on the verge of facing a devastating defeat in the hands of minnows Blackpool  brought about a total shocker. Dimitar Berbatov is the man to be saluted for his heroics, along with Hernandez who also contributed to United's loseless campaign in the Premier League.

United simply could not settle, and went of with big jerks on their way and Blackpool deservedly took the lead on 15 minutes when Cathcart. This made Cathcart, a £500,000 buy from Old Trafford last summer, his first goal for the club. Insult to Manchester United injury came when in 44 minute Campbell also made up his mark extending Blackpool's lead to 2-0. At the half time, no one would have thought for a complete turn-around of the scenario when until 73rd minute came out to be the change of fate for Red Devils today dressed as 'White Angels' made the show of their life. Two goals in three minutes from Dimitar Berbatov and Javier Hernandez nullified the Blackpool’s lead before Berbatov, a hat-trick hero at the weekend washing Birmingham 5-0, won the game with his second on 88 minutes.
Rooney was substituted , bringing Hernandez in place as Ferguson's desperate attempt proved to be 24 carat gold for United as he successfully made an equaliser after few minutes. With almost stoppage time to arrive, Berbatov provided with final blow to ensure United their three points.

Sir Alex Ferguson’s team now sit five points clear at the top of the Premier League having extended their unbeaten league run to 28 games with an incredible victory at Bloomfield Road.
